 Familiar with SS7, TCP/IP, Data Communication & SDH/PDH Transmission Link.

 Ability to generate log files for the parameters such RSCP, Ec/Io, Rx Power, Tx Power, P-SC, RLC Throughput and analyzing reasons for CSSR, Call Drop, HSDPA call drop, Low DL/UL Throughput with the help of MapInfo, TEMS Investigation.

 Skilled at planning and coordinate system optimization like Site tuning (EDT, MDT, Azimuth, and antenna height), Nominal design planning, Propagation modeling, Assigning sites for characterization, Cell Sites selection and Antenna selection.

 Perform Initial NW dimensioning; coverage plan; traffic plan; frequency & interference plan evaluation; final NW topology; parameter planning; site objectives; area survey; search ring; site search, site evaluation; proper site survey; site layout; parameter set (LAC, CI, neighbor list, radio parameters, NCC, BCC etc.) using ATOLL.
