Over 10 years of working experience in various reputed national & multi-national private company in HR & Admin department in Bangladesh. Here I worked with policy development & implement, recruitment, selection, training & development, labor safety, compliance, skill development, labor rights and working environment development issues. I also have experience in coordinating fire fighting training & workshops. In addition I have work for Telecommunication sector in Customer Management department with reputed telecom companies of Bangladesh. I hold BBA degrees in HR from Asian University of Bangladesh. I’m fluent in both Bengali and English.
